What it is

The Painted Owl Creative Fellowship is a hands-on summer experience for college juniors and seniors interested in brand storytelling, social media, photography, design, coffee culture, and community building.

This is not a traditional internship. Fellows will work work directly with the Painted Owl team to help capture, shape, and share the story of a new creative beverage brand from the ground up.

What you will work on

Fellow may help with:

Instagram and TikTok content
Photography and short - form video
Behind - the - scenes storytelling
Artist collaboration features
Customer experience moments
Event and pop-up coverage
Seasonal campaign ideas
Menu, merch, and packaging

Who we are looking for

We are looking for, creative, thoughtful, and self-starting people who are excited by the idea of building something new.

Details

Timing: Summer 2026

Location: State College, PA

Format: hybrid- some remote creative work, some in person collaboration

Time Commitment ~10 hours per week

Compensation: weekly stipend
